FSB Member Isobel Hopkins and her husband Frank were delighted that their newly extended and refurbished business premises would be officially opened by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal during a visit to see them at Faldingworth near Market Rasen.
Their business, ‘Lintran K9’ has been trading for over 30 years and currently has 15 employees. They provide dog transit solutions for many personal customers plus the RSPCA, Dogs Trusts, Battersea Dogs Home, MOD, Police, Customs Offices, Fire and Rescue departments and many more. Lintran K9 provides a wide variety of canine transit solutions from a single terrier box to large dogs or many dogs in vans.
The welfare of the dogs is of paramount importance in the designs and they have supplied many specialist vehicle fit outs including dog handler vehicles for the Ministry of Defence for the Falkland Islands and some award winning pick up kits with equipment storage.
Isobel and Frank are also very active in supporting canine related events and Charities and have been proud to support and sponsor several Junior Handlers events over the years. These include the United Retriever Club Charity events for The Save the Children Fund.
Other examples are the BASC Juniors, game and country fairs and spectator events with the Junior finals at Sandringham Show and the Kennel Club Junior Event at Chatsworth.
On FSB Membership Isobel quotes competitive Card Payment Processing fees and the FSB Legal Protection Scheme as the most relevant for their business.
Their aspiration is to continue to grow the business to take full advantage of their better premises and sustained demand for their products.
