The Federation of Small Businesses hosted a busy marquee at this year’s Royal Norfolk Show.

Over 80,000 people attended the event across the two days despite the lack of sunshine and some chilly winds.

FSB’s marquee was hosted by local activists, including East Anglia Area Lead Penny Morgan and National Councillor Mike Drain.

Representatives from New Anglia Growth Hub and Norfolk County Council exhibited in the marquee, offering business advice and support to visitors.

A number of local businesses were also part of the marquee – including The Lanes Clinic, Tangerine Creative, and Train As One.

Refreshments were provided by Loddon-based Trios Catering.

Development Manager Andrew Mower said: “This year’s marquee has been a huge success and the feedback both from exhibitors and visitors has been really positive.

“We’ve had the chance to speak to FSB members and non-members and to gain a better understanding of the key challenges that Norfolk’s businesses are experiencing at present.”
