Coventry & Warwickshire is set to have an exciting new festival added to its annual business calendar from November this year.
Taking place from 20th November to 1st December, the Coventry & Warwickshire Business Festival will see a wide-ranging programme of business events put on by local organisations from across the region.
All events will provide business growth-enhancing opportunities, such as sourcing new supply chains; spotting cross-selling openings through to trade shows and how to export, for example. There will be something for everyone as the region is brought together to interact, engage, promote, support, learn and discuss business under one branded banner - the Coventry & Warwickshire Business Festival.
The Business Festival is expected to have a market reach of around two million; a total of around 50-75 seminars, lectures, workshops and conferences and an anticipated attendance of between 5,000 and 7,500 visitors, with 15-18 per cent of these being from outside of Coventry & Warwickshire.
The Festival is run by business, for business.
In short, it is a unique opportunity for Coventry & Warwickshire organisations to get involved in a completely new concept. This could be hosting an event, offering venue space or attending one, two or several events.
Businesses of any size can apply to run an event - which can take any shape from a small networking workshop or seminar to a large trade show or national conference. There would be numerous benefits including growing business networks, connecting with like-minded industry experts and increasing exposure.
Applying is a simple online process via the Coventry & Warwickshire Business Festival website.
There are also opportunities to become a Business Festival partner, or sponsor which will elevate business status and exposure significantly both in the region and beyond.
Developed by the Coventry & Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership and the Coventry & Warwickshire Growth Hub, the Business Festival will show Coventry & Warwickshire as a centre for knowledge, commerce, culture and innovation and a fantastic area for new companies to invest.
