London’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year to Launch First Proprietary Technology

  • 27 Jun 2019

What do you do after your digital marketing agency passes the five year mark? Well, if you’re the FSB London Award winner and digital entrepreneur Pete Reis-Campbell, you celebrate by creating a brand new piece of tech!

Pete set up Kaizen, a digital marketing agency focusing on content, SEO and digital PR, from his bedroom in Dalston, Hackney, five years ago. Since then, his company has gone on to be named one of the 50 fastest tech companies in the UK by Deloitte, and has experienced over 700% growth in revenue in his first four years of business. Kaizen is now a team of 21 SEO, Content, Graphic Design and PR specialists based in high-rise offices in Moorgate, City of London, with clients including TUI, and MoneySupermarket.

Despite Pete hailing originally from Leicester, Kaizen is a London-born and bred business, which is why entering the FSB London awards was so important – and being recognised as London’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year was so special.

Pete, on winning the award: "The category of ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ had some phenomenal finalists and I am incredibly humbled to win the award. I am so proud of the whole team who have all contributed to this, and proud of how far Kaizen has come in the last five years.

"I began the company from my bedroom in Dalston, and now have 21 full-time employees, all aligned with the same goals and ambition. I’m so excited to have this recognition from the FSB, and look forward to meeting the other brilliant businesses taking part in the national finals."
