Two networking events in Sussex this August have made the best of the summer sunshine. In Pevensey at the beautiful Priory Court Hotel, which is opposite the famous historic castle, FSB Connect Eastbourne shifted from breakfast to lunch. Some 30 businesses enjoyed the fayre including a gorgeous fish cake and eggs combination.
Meanwhile in 1066 Country, FSB Connect networkers gathered for a summer brunch, with an unusual tasty Indonesian Nasi Goreng dish alongside more traditional items like Omelettes and Eggs Royale on the menu. “We decided this summer to slightly change things, with relaxed networking, enjoying good food, good company at quality venues. It has paid off with great attendance in a pleasant, sociable business environment.” said Area Leader, Darran Hathaway.
This September, FSB Connect events return to the breakfast networking format at these two venues with guest speakers presenting on informative business related topics. FSB Connect Eastbourne and Wealden is on second Tuesday and FSB Connect 1066 is on third Thursday of each month.
There is food to suit a variety of tastes and diets and everyone has the opportunity to introduce their business. There is free parking on site and members and non-members are all welcome guests. You can find further information and book on-line in our south east events calendar
