Cloud9 Insight an award-winning IT firm in Brighton recently ran a seminar on Customer Services with members at their premises, opposite Preston Park (pictured).
Part of the FSB’s ‘Share the Knowledge’ programme in Sussex, this was the second of three seminars the firm are delivering. Alongside some tasty breakfast pastries and coffee, MD, Carlene Jackson (pictured right) lead the group through a series of exercises highlighting skills and best practice to delight customers and retain their loyalty.

The business participants analysed their own firm’s strengths and areas for improvement using a strategic assessment tool and Carlene talked through introducing and applying Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to the business.
