Federation of Small Businesses was among a number of organisations and small firms to exhibit at this year’s Menta Trade Fair.
Hundreds of people visited the show at the The Apex in Bury St Edmunds, aiming to make new contacts and learn about the goods and services on offer to businesses within the region.
FSB was represented at the event by East Anglia Vice-Chair Mike Drain, MA Richard George, and Development Manager Andrew Mower.
Visitors came to the stand throughout the day to hear about the latest FSB services, such as the new Debt Recovery offering, and to find out about our recent lobbying activity.
Plenty of attendees were also eager to learn about FSB’s upcoming events in the region, including the launch of #FSBConnect networking in Ipswich on 19 October and a Women’s Networking Lunch in Bury St Edmunds on 8 November.
Development Manager Andrew Mower said: “We see these events as an opportunity not only to meet prospective members, but to engage with existing ones about our services. We heard plenty of positive feedback from Suffolk members about the services they are using, and some useful insights into how we might further improve."
