Charles and Becky Wall were flushed with success after their business triumphed at the National Loo Awards.

Plush Flush won two of the highest status platinum-grade awards for their mobile toilets at an event in Solihull. It was the sixth year running the company had collected an award for their loos.

The luxury mobile toilet business, which is based in Eaton Bishop, Herefordshire, enjoyed a bumper awards ceremony as it also took the national category award for England and the award for Wales.

It also claimed the title for the best mobile toilets in the UK for the fourth time and the best away from home toilets in the whole of the UK.

“We were blown away with the number of awards we received,” said
the pair. “We are only a small family business and were up against many major national companies.”

All entries to the Loo of the Year Awards receive an unannounced visit from an authorised inspector and were assessed against 101 judging criteria, including signage and décor, fixtures and fittings, and overall standards of cleanliness and management.

Each loo is graded bronze to platinum. Gold and platinum winners are shortlisted for one of several national awards covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and Ireland.
